As a Vocal Fellow in the 2023 Summer Institute for Contemporary Performance Practice, Leah will participate in the SICPP EcoAcoustic Ensemble at the Green Box Arts Festival in Green Mountain Falls, CO.

Ecoacoustics, or acoustic ecology, is an emerging interdisciplinary science that investigates natural and anthropogenic sounds and their relationships with the environment over multiple scales of time and space. In this ensemble, a collective of musicians will improvise a piece of music together, inspired by the sounds of nature around them.

The performance will begin at 5pm in an outdoor venue, and is open to the public for free. Details here.
